Should your order arrive damaged, we will replace the product. Notification of damaged items must be made immediately. We double check all orders before they are packaged and shipped. If any items are missed or sent in error, please contact us within 24 hours. Do not remove any seals, shrink bands or open any products that you received in error, as we cannot replace them.

We strive to have orders shipped within 5 business days of ordering.

Our products are made with 100% Natural ingredients and preservatives; we recommend you use them within 9 months for the essential oils to have the best impact. Please store in a cool environment, out of direct sunlight and away from sources of heat as it will affect the natural properties of the products. We are always happy to hear your feedback!
